May I register by phone?

Of course!  Please call our customer service line at (877) 451-8700 and we will happily process your payment over the phone.  Be sure to reference the TARRC conference when you call.  We are available on Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm central daylight savings time.

I am paying by check. 
Where do I mail my payment, and what information needs to be on the check?

Confirmation number (Online registration only.  If you are mailing the paper registration form, you will not have a confirmation number.)

I am paying by purchase order.  Where do I mail my payment, and what information needs to be on the purchase order?

If you would like to fax your purchase order, fax us at (866) 219-7008.

Can I make a batch purchase order?

Yes, you can.  Please be sure to indicate the number of attendees and write each attendee’s name on your purchase order.  Swift Solutions’ Tax ID Number is 46-2251150.

When is my registration processed?

Online registration by credit card is processed immediately.  Checks and purchase orders are not processed until they arrive at our office.

Please be sure to mail your check or purchase order early, so that it arrives by the June 26th deadline. If you do not make your payment in a timely manner, you will not be allowed to attend the conference.

I have a date conflict.  May I cancel my registration?

You may cancel your registration as long as you notify us before 5:00pm on June 21st, 2018. Notify Swift Solutions via fax at (866) 219-7008 or by email at info@swift-solutions.org

Can I have a refund if I have a travel delay or cannot attend due to bad weather?

Swift Solutions is not liable for any delays or non-attendance resulting from delayed or suspended transportation or weather-related travel conditions.  Thus, refunds will not be provided under these circumstances.

I can only attend one day. Can I have a discount for the day I do not attend?

One day registration is available for the conference at $60.00.

May I split the registration fee and conference days with another person?

No, a single registration cannot be split between two people. 

Can someone else attend the conference in my place?

If you register but are unable to attend, another representative of your agency may attend in your place.  Notify Swift Solutions via phone at (877) 451-8700 or by email at info@swift-solutions.org prior to 5:00pm on June21st, 2018.

May I bring my payment to the conference with me?

All payments must be made in advance, by June 26th, 2018. No payments will be accepted at the door.

Will my credit card information be safe if I pay online?

Swift Solutions is committed to ensuring the security of sensitive information, such as credit card details.  We employ reputable and reliable service providers to ensure such information is protected.  All information we hold is kept secure with access limited to personnel charged with the processing of such data.
